Ingredients

  • pastry: 3 oz cream cheese , 1/2 cup butter softened, 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • filling: 1 large egg , 3/4 cup brown sugar, 1 tbsp butter melted, 1 tsp vanilla, pinch of salt, 2/3 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

    Beat cream cheese and butter until smooth.

    Stir in flour until dough forms.

    Refrigerate 1 hour.

    Preheat oven to 325°F.

    Roll dough into 24 balls and press into mini muffin tin cups.

    Mix filling by beating egg with brown sugar, melted butter, vanilla, and salt.
