Ingredients

  • 2.00 l arge eggs
  • 2.00 slice white bread or a biscuit
  • 2.00 tbsp butter
  • 2.00 slice american cheese
  • salt and pepper
  • hot sauce

Instructions

    Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.

    Crack eggs into skillet and cook until whites are set but yolk is still runny, about 3 minutes.

    Season with salt and pepper.

    Flip if desired and cook 30 more seconds.

    Place cheese slices on eggs and let melt.

    Toast bread.

    Slide cheesy eggs onto toast.

    Add hot sauce if desired.

    Top with second slice of toast and serve.
