Peach Custard Pie
A silky peach custard pie baked in a flaky homemade crust.
Ingredients
- 1.00 unbaked 9-inch pie crust
- 2.00 cup fresh peaches peeled and
- 3.00 l arge eggs
- 1.00 cup sugar
- 0.50 cup whole milk
- 0.50 cup heavy cream
- 2.00 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1.00 tsp vanilla
- 0.25 tsp nutmeg
- pinch of salt

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Arrange peach slices in unbaked pie crust.

Whisk together eggs, sugar, milk, cream, flour, vanilla, nutmeg, and salt until smooth.

Pour over peaches.

Bake 50-60 minutes until custard is set and lightly golden.

Center should jiggle slightly.
