Pork Neck Bones and Gravy
Tender pork neck bones slow cooked in a rich gravy served over rice.
Ingredients
- 3.00 lb pork neck bones
- 1.00 onion , diced
- 4.00 cup loves garlic , minced
- 4.00 cup chicken broth
- salt , pepper, and thyme
- cooked white rice
Instructions

Season neck bones with salt and pepper.

Brown all over in a heavy pot over medium-high heat.

Remove and set aside.

Sautรฉ onion until golden.

Add garlic and cook 1 minute.

Return neck bones to pot.

Add broth and thyme.

Bring to a boil then reduce heat.

Simmer covered 2-2 1/2 hours until meat is falling off the bones.

Remove bones and pull off any meat.

Return meat to gravy.
