Peach Cobbler Oatmeal
Creamy oatmeal cooked with fresh peaches and brown sugar topped with pecans.
Ingredients
- 2.00 cup rolled oats
- 4.00 cup water
- 0.25 tsp salt
- 2.00 fresh peaches , peeled and diced
- 3.00 tbsp brown sugar
- 1.00 tsp cinnamon
- 2.00 tbsp butter
- 0.25 tsp vanilla extract
- heavy cream
Instructions

Bring water and salt to a boil.

Add oats and cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Meanwhile melt butter in a small skillet.

Add diced peaches and cook 3-4 minutes until softened.

Add brown sugar and cinnamon and cook until caramelized, about 2 minutes.

Stir vanilla into oatmeal.

Serve oatmeal topped with caramelized peaches and a drizzle of cream.
