  • 2.00 cup whole milk
  • 0.50 cup heavy cream
  • 0.25 cup sugar
  • 2.00 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1.00 tsp cinnamon
  • 0.25 tsp nutmeg
  • topping: 1/2 cup brown sugar , 1/2 cup butter softened, 1/4 cup all-purpose flour, 1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions
