Biscuit Breakfast Sandwich
Flaky biscuits stuffed with fried egg, country ham, and sharp cheddar cheese.
Ingredients
- 4.00 l arge buttermilk biscuits , split
- 4.00 l arge eggs
- 4.00 slice country ham or breakfast sausage patties
- 4.00 slice american or cheddar cheese
- 2.00 tbsp butter
- salt and pepper
Instructions

Cook ham slices or sausage patties in a skillet until browned and cooked through.

Melt butter in a separate skillet over medium heat.

Crack eggs into skillet and cook to desired doneness, seasoning with salt and pepper.

Place a slice of cheese on each egg while still hot so it melts.

Layer ham or sausage on bottom biscuit half.

Top with cheesy egg.
