Crawfish Omelette
A Cajun twist — fluffy omelette stuffed with seasoned crawfish tails and peppers.
Ingredients
- 6.00 l arge eggs
- 3.00 tbsp butter
- 0.50 lb crawfish tails
- 0.25 cup green onions
- 0.25 cup bell pepper
- 1.00 cup love garlic , minced
- 0.25 tsp cajun seasoning
- salt and pepper
- 0.50 cup pepper jack cheese
Instructions

Sauté green onions, bell pepper, and garlic in 1 tbsp butter until softened.

Add crawfish tails and Cajun seasoning and cook 2 minutes.

Set filling aside.

Whisk eggs with salt and pepper.

Melt remaining butter in an omelette pan over medium heat.

Pour in eggs and let set slightly.

Spoon crawfish filling over one half.

Sprinkle with cheese.
