Chicken Tetrazzini
Creamy pasta casserole with chicken, mushrooms, and a golden parmesan topping.
Ingredients
- 3.00 cup cooked chicken , diced
- 12.00 oz spaghetti , cooked
- 1.00 lb mushrooms , sliced
- 1.00 onion , diced
- 4.00 cup loves garlic , minced
- 4.00 tbsp butter
- 0.25 cup all-purpose flour
- 3.00 cup chicken broth
- 1.00 cup heavy cream
- 1.00 cup parmesan
- salt , pepper, and thyme
- breadcrumbs for topping
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Sauté mushrooms and onion in butter.

Add garlic and cook 1 minute.

Sprinkle in flour and stir.

Gradually add broth and cream, stirring until smooth and thick.

Season with salt, pepper, and thyme.

Remove from heat and stir in half the parmesan.

Mix in chicken and cooked spaghetti.
