Chocolate Gravy
A sweet chocolate gravy poured over warm biscuits for breakfast dessert.
Ingredients
- 0.33 cup sugar
- 3.00 tbsp cocoa powder
- 3.00 tbsp all-purpose flour
- pinch of salt
- 2.50 cup whole milk
- 2.00 tbsp butter
- 1.00 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions

Whisk together sugar, cocoa, flour, and salt in a saucepan.

Gradually whisk in milk until smooth with no lumps.

Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened, about 8-10 minutes.

Remove from heat and stir in butter and vanilla.

Pour warm chocolate gravy over split hot biscuits.
