Ingredients

  • 1.50 cup long-grain white rice
  • 3.00 tbsp butter
  • 1.00 onion , finely diced
  • 2.00 cup loves garlic , minced
  • 3.00 cup chicken broth
  • salt and pepper
  • fresh parsley

Instructions

    Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat.

    Sauté onion until very soft and translucent, about 8 minutes.

    Add garlic and cook 1 minute.

    Add rice and stir to coat, cooking 1-2 minutes.

    Pour in broth and bring to a boil.

    Stir once, reduce heat to low, cover tightly.
