Southern Chicken Quesadilla
Grilled chicken, cheddar, and pimento cheese in a crispy flour tortilla.
Ingredients
- 2.00 cup cooked chicken , shredded
- 4.00 l arge flour tortillas
- 1.00 cup pepper jack cheese
- 0.50 cup green onions
- 0.25 cup jalapeños
- 2.00 tbsp butter
- sour cream and salsa
Instructions

Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.

Place one tortilla in skillet.

Layer chicken, cheese, green onions, and jalapeños on one half.

Fold tortilla over filling.

Cook 2-3 minutes per side until golden and cheese is melted.

Cut into wedges.
