Ingredients

  • 3.00 cup all-purpose flour
  • 0.50 tsp baking soda
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 1.00 cup butter
  • 3.00 cup sugar
  • 6.00 l arge eggs
  • 1.00 cup sour cream
  • 2.00 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2.00 cup fresh peaches , peeled and diced
  • glaze: 1 cup powdered sugar , 2 tbsp peach juice or milk

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 325°F and grease a large tube pan.

    Cream butter and sugar until very fluffy.

    Add eggs one at a time.

    Alternate adding flour mixture and sour cream.

    Stir in vanilla and fold in diced peaches.

    Pour into prepared pan.

    Bake 1 hour 20 minutes to 1 hour 30 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.

    Cool in pan 15 minutes then turn out.

    Drizzle with glaze made from powdered sugar and peach juice.
