Fried Pork Chop and Eggs
Pan-fried thin pork chops served alongside scrambled eggs and buttered toast.
Ingredients
- 2.00 thin-cut pork chops
- 0.50 cup all-purpose flour
- salt , pepper, and garlic powder
- 3.00 tbsp vegetable oil
- 4.00 l arge eggs
- 2.00 tbsp butter

Season pork chops with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

Dredge in flour, shaking off excess.

Heat oil in a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat.

Fry pork chops 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
