Slow Cooker Beef Stew
Tender beef, potatoes, and carrots slow cooked all day in a rich savory broth.
Ingredients
- 2.00 lb beef stew meat
- 4.00 medium potatoes , cubed
- 3.00 cup arrots , sliced
- 1.00 onion , diced
- 3.00 cup loves garlic , minced
- 2.00 cup beef broth
- 1.00 cup an tomatoes
- 2.00 tbsp worcestershire sauce
- 2.00 tbsp cornstarch
- salt , pepper, and thyme to taste

Season beef with salt and pepper.

Place beef, potatoes, carrots, onion, and garlic in slow cooker.

Mix broth, tomatoes, and Worcestershire sauce and pour over.

Season with thyme, salt, and pepper.

Cook on low 8-10 hours or high 5-6 hours.

Mix cornstarch with 2 tbsp cold water and stir into stew.
