  • 4.00 medium potatoes , cubed
  • 3.00 cup arrots , sliced
  • 1.00 onion , diced
  • 3.00 cup loves garlic , minced
  • 2.00 cup beef broth
  • 1.00 cup an tomatoes
  • 2.00 tbsp worcestershire sauce
  • 2.00 tbsp cornstarch
  • salt , pepper, and thyme to taste

Instructions

    Season beef with salt and pepper.

    Mix broth, tomatoes, and Worcestershire sauce and pour over.
