Sausage Gravy Stuffed Biscuits
Biscuits stuffed with sausage gravy filling before baking — portable breakfast perfection.
Ingredients
- 2.00 cup all-purpose flour
- 1.00 tbsp baking powder
- 0.50 tsp salt
- 6.00 tbsp cold butter
- 0.75 cup buttermilk
- 0.50 lb breakfast sausage
- 3.00 tbsp flour for gravy
- 1.50 cup whole milk
- salt and pepper

Make sausage gravy: brown sausage, add flour, pour in milk, stir until thick, season.

Let gravy cool and thicken.

Make biscuit dough by cutting butter into flour mixture and adding buttermilk.
