Ingredients

  • 4.00 cup fresh or frozen corn kernels
  • 3.00 l arge eggs
  • 0.33 cup sugar
  • 0.50 cup whole milk
  • 0.50 cup heavy cream
  • 3.00 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 3.00 tbsp butter
  • 0.50 tsp salt

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9x9 baking dish.

    Place 2 cups of corn in a blender and pulse until partially blended.

    Mix blended corn with whole corn kernels.

    Whisk together eggs, sugar, milk, cream, flour, melted butter, and salt.
