Corn Pudding
A creamy sweet corn pudding baked until golden — a Southern classic.
Ingredients
- 4.00 cup fresh or frozen corn kernels
- 3.00 l arge eggs
- 0.33 cup sugar
- 0.50 cup whole milk
- 0.50 cup heavy cream
- 3.00 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 3.00 tbsp butter
- 0.50 tsp salt

Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9x9 baking dish.

Place 2 cups of corn in a blender and pulse until partially blended.

Mix blended corn with whole corn kernels.

Whisk together eggs, sugar, milk, cream, flour, melted butter, and salt.

Stir in corn mixture.

Pour into prepared dish.

Set dish in a larger pan with hot water halfway up the sides.

Bake 45-55 minutes until center is set and top is golden.
