Creamy grits loaded with diced ham, sharp cheddar, and green onions.
Ingredients
- 1.00 cup stone-ground grits
- 4.00 cup water
- 1.00 tsp salt
- 2.00 tbsp butter
- 1.00 cup cooked ham
- 1.00 cup sharp cheddar cheese
- 0.25 cup sour cream
- black pepper
Instructions

Bring water and salt to a boil in a medium saucepan.

Reduce heat to low, cover, and cook 20-25 minutes, stirring often.
