Slow Cooker Beef Roast
Chuck roast with vegetables slow cooked all day in beef broth.
Ingredients
- 3.00 lb chuck roast
- 1.00 packet onion soup mix
- 1.00 cup an cream of mushroom soup
- 1.00 cup beef broth
- 4.00 cup arrots , chunked
- 4.00 potatoes , quartered
- 1.00 onion , quartered
- salt and pepper

Season roast with salt and pepper.

Place vegetables in bottom of slow cooker.

Set roast on top.

Mix onion soup mix, cream of mushroom soup, and broth.

Pour over roast.

Cook on low 8-10 hours until roast is fall-apart tender.
