Fried Corn Fritters
Sweet corn fritters pan fried golden and served with honey butter.
Ingredients
- 2.00 cup fresh or frozen corn kernels
- 1.00 cup all-purpose flour
- 1.00 tsp baking powder
- 1.00 tsp sugar
- 0.50 tsp salt
- 0.50 tsp black pepper
- 2.00 l arge eggs
- 0.33 cup whole milk
- vegetable oil for frying
- sour cream
Instructions

Mix flour, baking powder, sugar, salt, and pepper.

Whisk eggs and milk together.

Stir wet into dry until combined.

Fold in corn kernels.

Heat 1/2 inch of oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

Drop heaping tablespoons of batter into hot oil.

Flatten slightly.

Cook 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.
