Egg and Grits Bowl
A hearty bowl of creamy grits topped with poached eggs and hot sauce.
Ingredients
- 1.00 cup quick grits
- 4.00 cup water
- 1.00 tsp salt
- 2.00 tbsp butter
- 0.50 cup cheddar cheese
- 4.00 l arge eggs
- 4.00 slice bacon
- 0.25 cup green onions
- hot sauce
Instructions

Cook grits in salted water 5-7 minutes until thick.

Stir in butter and cheddar.

Cook bacon until crispy, crumble and set aside.

Fry eggs in bacon drippings to desired doneness.
