Deviled Eggs
Classic Southern deviled eggs with Duke's mayo, mustard, and paprika.
Ingredients
- 12.00 l arge eggs , hard boiled
- 0.33 cup mayonnaise
- 2.00 tbsp yellow mustard
- 2.00 tbsp sweet pickle relish
- 1.00 tsp hot sauce
- salt and pepper
- paprika
Instructions

Peel hard boiled eggs and slice in half lengthwise.

Remove yolks and place in a bowl.

Mash yolks with mayonnaise, mustard, pickle relish, and hot sauce until smooth.

Season with salt and pepper.

Spoon or pipe filling back into egg white halves.

Sprinkle with paprika.

Chill until ready to serve.
