Smoked Gouda Grits
Ultra creamy grits swirled with smoked gouda cheese.
Ingredients
- 1.00 cup stone-ground grits
- 4.00 cup water
- 1.00 tsp salt
- 3.00 tbsp butter
- 1.00 cup smoked gouda cheese
- 0.25 cup heavy cream
- black pepper
Instructions

Bring water and salt to a boil.

Slowly whisk in grits.

Reduce heat to low and cook, stirring frequently, 25-30 minutes until thick and tender.
