Southern Beef Ribs
Beef short ribs slow smoked with a spice rub and mop sauce.
Ingredients
- 4.00 lb beef short ribs
- 2.00 tbsp paprika
- 1.00 tbsp brown sugar
- 1.00 tsp garlic powder
- 1.00 tsp onion powder
- salt and pepper
- 1.00 cup beef broth
- 1.00 cup barbecue sauce

Mix paprika, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

Rub all over beef ribs.

Refrigerate 2 hours.

Place ribs in a roasting pan.

Pour broth in bottom.

Cover tightly with foil.

Bake at 300°F for 3 hours.

Brush with barbecue sauce.

Broil 5-7 minutes until caramelized.
