Potato and Sausage Breakfast Casserole
Layers of hash browns, sausage, cheese and eggs baked until bubbly.
Ingredients
- 6.00 medium potatoes , peeled and diced
- 1.00 lb breakfast sausage
- 1.00 onion , diced
- 1.00 g reen bell pepper , diced
- 8.00 l arge eggs
- 1.00 cup whole milk
- 2.00 cup cheddar cheese
- salt , pepper, and garlic powder to taste
- 2.00 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9x13 baking dish.

Heat oil in a large skillet and cook potatoes until golden, about 15 minutes.

Add onion and bell pepper and cook 5 more minutes.

Brown sausage separately and drain.

Layer potatoes, sausage in baking dish.

Whisk eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

Pour over layers.

Top with shredded cheese.

Bake 40-45 minutes until set.
