Thin pork chops breaded and fried then smothered in white gravy.
Ingredients
- 4.00 bone-in pork chops
- 1.00 cup all-purpose flour
- 1.00 tsp garlic powder
- 1.00 tsp paprika
- salt and pepper
- 2.00 eggs
- 0.25 cup milk
- vegetable oil for frying
- milk gravy

Season pork chops with salt and pepper.

Mix eggs and milk.

Dredge chops in flour, dip in egg mixture, dredge in flour again.

Fry in hot oil 4-5 minutes per side until golden.
