Keto Mississippi Pot Roast
Fork-tender chuck roast slow cooked with butter pepperoncinis and ranch seasoning. Rich savory drippings with zero carbs.
Ingredients
- 3.00 lb chuck roast
- 1.00 packet ranch dressing mix
- 1.00 packet au jus mix
- 1.00 cup butter sliced
- 8.00 pepperoncini peppers
- 1.00 cup beef broth
- 1.00 tsp garlic powder
- 0.00 Salt and pepper to taste

Season chuck roast generously with salt pepper and garlic powder.

Sear roast in a hot skillet 3 minutes per side until browned.

Place roast in a slow cooker.

Sprinkle ranch mix and au jus mix over the top.

Add butter slices pepperoncinis and beef broth.

Cover and cook on low 8 hours or high 4 to 5 hours until fork tender.

Shred meat with two forks right in the slow cooker.
