Fresh corn, tomatoes, onion, and basil in a tangy vinaigrette.
Ingredients
- 4.00 cup fresh or frozen corn kernels , cooked
- 1.00 cup tomatoes
- 0.50 cup red onion
- 0.50 cup green bell pepper
- 0.33 cup mayonnaise
- 2.00 tbsp sour cream
- salt , pepper, and cayenne to taste
- fresh basil

Cook corn if fresh and let cool.
