  • 1.50 cup cornmeal
  • 0.50 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1.00 tsp cajun seasoning
  • 1.00 tsp garlic powder
  • salt and pepper
  • 2.00 eggs
  • 0.25 cup buttermilk
  • 3.00 tbsp butter
  • lemon wedges

Instructions
