Fried Chicken Livers

Ingredients
- 1.00 lb chicken livers
- 1.00 cup buttermilk
- 1.00 cup all-purpose flour
- 1.00 tsp garlic powder
- 1.00 tsp onion powder
- salt and pepper
- vegetable oil for frying
- hot sauce
Instructions

Soak chicken livers in buttermilk 1 hour.

Mix flour with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
