Southern Baked Ham
A whole ham glazed with brown sugar, pineapple, and cloves — perfect for Sunday.
Ingredients
- 8.00 lb bone-in ham
- 1.00 cup brown sugar
- 0.25 cup dijon mustard
- 0.25 cup honey
- 0.25 cup apple cider vinegar
- whole cloves
- pineapple rings
Instructions

Preheat oven to 325°F.

Score ham in a diamond pattern.

Stud each diamond with a whole clove.

Mix brown sugar, mustard, honey, and vinegar for glaze.

Place ham in roasting pan.

Brush with half the glaze.

Cover loosely with foil.

Bake 15 minutes per pound, basting every 30 minutes.

Remove foil for last 30 minutes.

Brush with remaining glaze.

Bake until internal temperature reaches 140°F.
