Ingredients

  • 2.00 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1.00 tbsp baking powder
  • 0.50 tsp salt
  • 6.00 tbsp cold butter
  • 0.75 cup buttermilk
  • filling: 4 tbsp butter , 1/2 cup brown sugar, 2 tsp cinnamon
  • glaze: 1 cup powdered sugar , 3 tbsp milk, 1/2 tsp vanilla

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 400°F.

    Make biscuit dough by cutting butter into flour mixture and adding buttermilk.

    Roll into a rectangle on floured surface.

    Spread with softened butter, sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon.

    Roll up tightly and slice into 12 rounds.

    Place in greased baking pan.

    Bake 20-25 minutes until golden.
