Cinnamon Roll Biscuits
Biscuit dough rolled with butter, cinnamon, and sugar then baked and glazed.
Ingredients
- 2.00 cup all-purpose flour
- 1.00 tbsp baking powder
- 0.50 tsp salt
- 6.00 tbsp cold butter
- 0.75 cup buttermilk
- filling: 4 tbsp butter , 1/2 cup brown sugar, 2 tsp cinnamon
- glaze: 1 cup powdered sugar , 3 tbsp milk, 1/2 tsp vanilla

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Make biscuit dough by cutting butter into flour mixture and adding buttermilk.

Roll into a rectangle on floured surface.

Spread with softened butter, sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon.

Roll up tightly and slice into 12 rounds.

Place in greased baking pan.

Bake 20-25 minutes until golden.

Mix glaze ingredients until smooth and drizzle over warm rolls.
