Blackberry Jam Biscuits
Homemade biscuits slathered with fresh blackberry jam and soft butter.
Ingredients
- 2.00 cup all-purpose flour
- 1.00 tbsp baking powder
- 0.50 tsp salt
- 0.50 tsp baking soda
- 6.00 tbsp cold butter
- 0.75 cup buttermilk
- 1.00 cup blackberry jam
- 2.00 tbsp butter
Instructions

Preheat oven to 450°F.

Mix flour, baking powder, salt, and baking soda.

Cut in cold butter until crumbly.

Add buttermilk and stir until just combined.

Turn onto floured surface, pat to 3/4 inch, cut into rounds.

Bake 12-14 minutes until golden.

Split warm biscuits and spread with softened butter.
