Praline Bacon
Thick bacon coated with pecans, brown sugar and cayenne — sweet, salty and addictive.
Ingredients
- 1.00 lb thick cut bacon
- 0.50 cup brown sugar
- 0.50 cup finely pecans
- 1.00 tbsp maple syrup
- 0.25 tsp cayenne pepper

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Line a baking sheet with foil and set a wire rack on top.

Lay bacon strips on rack.

Mix brown sugar, pecans, maple syrup, and cayenne together.

Press mixture firmly onto top of each bacon strip.

Bake 20-25 minutes until bacon is crispy and coating is caramelized.

Cool 5 minutes on rack before serving.
