Pulled Chicken Sandwich
Slow cooked pulled chicken in tangy barbecue sauce on a soft bun with slaw.
Ingredients
- 2.00 lb boneless chicken thighs
- 1.00 cup barbecue sauce
- 0.50 cup chicken broth
- 1.00 tbsp brown sugar
- 1.00 tsp smoked paprika
- salt and pepper
- hamburger buns
- coleslaw
Instructions

Season chicken with paprika, salt, and pepper.

Place in slow cooker.

Mix barbecue sauce, broth, and brown sugar and pour over chicken.

Cook on low 6-8 hours until chicken is very tender.
