Ingredients

  • 1.00 cup butter
  • 0.50 cup cocoa powder
  • 4.00 l arge eggs
  • 2.00 cup sugar
  • 1.50 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1.00 tsp vanilla
  • 1.00 cup pecans
  • 3.00 cup miniature marshmallows
  • frosting: 1/2 cup butter , 1/3 cup cocoa, 6 tbsp whole milk, 4 cups powdered sugar, 1 tsp vanilla

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 350ยฐF and grease a 9x13 pan.

    Melt butter and cocoa together.

    Beat in eggs and sugar.

    Stir in flour and vanilla.

    Fold in pecans.

    Pour into pan.

    Bake 30-35 minutes.

    Remove from oven and immediately spread marshmallows over hot cake.

    Return to oven 3 minutes until marshmallows puff.

    Make frosting by melting butter with cocoa and milk, then whisking in powdered sugar and vanilla.

    Pour warm frosting over marshmallows immediately.
