Chicken and Sausage Jambalaya
A hearty one-pot jambalaya with chicken, andouille, and rice.
Ingredients
- 1.00 lb chicken thighs , diced
- 1.00 lb smoked sausage , sliced
- 2.00 cup long-grain white rice
- 1.00 onion , diced
- 1.00 bell pepper , diced
- 3.00 stalks celery , diced
- 4.00 cup loves garlic , minced
- 1.00 cup an tomatoes
- 4.00 cup chicken broth
- 2.00 tbsp cajun seasoning
- green onions
Instructions

Brown chicken and sausage in a large heavy pot.

Remove and set aside.

Sauté onion, bell pepper, and celery.

Add garlic and Cajun seasoning.

Add tomatoes and broth.

Return meat to pot.

Bring to a boil.
