Ingredients

  • 2.00 cup long-grain white rice
  • 0.50 lb ground beef
  • 0.50 lb chicken livers , finely chopped
  • 1.00 onion , diced
  • 1.00 g reen bell pepper , diced
  • 3.00 stalks celery , diced
  • 4.00 cup loves garlic , minced
  • 4.00 cup chicken broth
  • 2.00 tbsp cajun seasoning
  • salt and pepper
  • green onions

Instructions

    Brown ground beef and chicken livers in a large pot, breaking into small pieces.

    Add onion, bell pepper, and celery and cook until softened.

    Add garlic and Cajun seasoning and cook 1 minute.

    Add rice and stir to coat.
