Cajun Dirty Rice
Rice cooked with chicken livers, ground beef, and Cajun spices.
Ingredients
- 2.00 cup long-grain white rice
- 0.50 lb ground beef
- 0.50 lb chicken livers , finely chopped
- 1.00 onion , diced
- 1.00 g reen bell pepper , diced
- 3.00 stalks celery , diced
- 4.00 cup loves garlic , minced
- 4.00 cup chicken broth
- 2.00 tbsp cajun seasoning
- salt and pepper
- green onions
Instructions

Brown ground beef and chicken livers in a large pot, breaking into small pieces.

Add onion, bell pepper, and celery and cook until softened.

Add garlic and Cajun seasoning and cook 1 minute.

Add rice and stir to coat.

Pour in broth and bring to a boil.

Reduce heat, cover, and cook 20-25 minutes until rice is tender.

Fluff with fork, adjust seasoning, and garnish with green onions.
