Ingredients

  • 3.00 cup tomato juice
  • 2.00 envelopes unflavored gelatin
  • 0.25 cup cold water
  • 1.00 tsp worcestershire sauce
  • 1.00 tsp hot sauce
  • 0.50 cup celery
  • 0.25 cup onion
  • 0.25 cup green olives
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

    Soften gelatin in cold water for 5 minutes.

    Heat tomato juice until hot but not boiling.

    Stir in softened gelatin until dissolved.

    Add Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, salt, and pepper.

    Cool until mixture begins to thicken.

    Fold in celery, onion, and olives.

    Pour into a ring mold or individual molds.

    Refrigerate until firmly set, at least 4 hours.

    Unmold onto lettuce leaves and serve with mayonnaise.
