Blackberry Cobbler
Fresh wild blackberries baked under a golden drop biscuit topping.
Ingredients
- 4.00 cup fresh blackberries
- 1.00 cup sugar for berries
- 0.25 tsp cinnamon
- batter: 1 cup all-purpose flour , 1 cup sugar, 1 cup whole milk, 1/2 cup melted butter, 1 tbsp baking powder, pinch of salt

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Toss blackberries with 1 cup sugar and cinnamon.

Pour melted butter into a 9x13 baking dish.

Mix flour, 1 cup sugar, baking powder, and salt, then stir in milk.

Pour batter over butter without stirring.

Spoon blackberries and juices over batter without stirring.

Bake 45-50 minutes until golden and batter has risen around berries.
