Banana Nut Bread
Moist banana bread loaded with toasted walnuts and a hint of cinnamon.
Ingredients
- 3.00 very ripe bananas , mashed
- 0.33 cup butter
- 0.75 cup sugar
- 1.00 l arge egg
- 1.00 tsp vanilla extract
- 1.00 tsp baking soda
- pinch of salt
- 1.50 cup all-purpose flour
- 1.00 cup walnuts or pecans

Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9x5 loaf pan.

Mix mashed bananas with melted butter.

Stir in sugar, egg, and vanilla.

Mix in baking soda and salt.

Add flour and stir until just combined.

Fold in nuts.

Pour into prepared loaf pan.

Bake 55-65 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.

Cool in pan 10 minutes then turn out onto a rack.
