Ingredients

  • 3.00 very ripe bananas , mashed
  • 0.33 cup butter
  • 0.75 cup sugar
  • 1.00 l arge egg
  • 1.00 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1.00 tsp baking soda
  • pinch of salt
  • 1.50 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1.00 cup walnuts or pecans

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9x5 loaf pan.

    Mix mashed bananas with melted butter.

    Stir in sugar, egg, and vanilla.
