Ingredients

  • 1.50 lb ground beef
  • salt , pepper, and garlic powder
  • 1.00 l arge onion , sliced
  • 2.00 cup beef broth
  • 3.00 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 2.00 tbsp vegetable oil
  • cooked white rice or mashed potatoes

Instructions

    Season ground beef with salt, pepper, and garlic powder and form into 4 patties.

    Brown patties in oil 3-4 minutes per side.

    Remove and set aside.

    Sauté sliced onion in same pan until golden brown and caramelized.

    Sprinkle flour over onions and stir.
