Blueberry Cobbler
Fresh blueberries baked under a buttery golden biscuit topping.
Ingredients
- 4.00 cup fresh blueberries
- 0.75 cup sugar for berries
- 1.00 tbsp lemon juice
- batter: 1 cup flour , 1 cup sugar, 1 cup whole milk, 1/2 cup melted butter, 1 tbsp baking powder, pinch salt

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Toss blueberries with 3/4 cup sugar and lemon juice.

Pour melted butter into a 9x13 baking dish.

Mix flour, 1 cup sugar, baking powder, and salt, stir in milk.

Pour batter over butter without stirring.

Spoon blueberries over batter without stirring.

Bake 45-50 minutes until golden and batter rises around berries.
