Ham Steak Dinner
Thick ham steak pan-fried with red eye gravy and served with sweet potatoes.
Ingredients
- 2.00 thick-cut ham steaks
- 3.00 tbsp butter
- 2.00 tbsp brown sugar
- 1.00 tbsp dijon mustard
- 0.50 cup orange juice
- pineapple rings
Instructions

Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add ham steaks and cook 3 minutes per side until browned.

Remove ham.

Add brown sugar, mustard, and orange juice to pan.

Stir and cook until sauce thickens, about 2 minutes.

Return ham to pan and coat with glaze.

Add pineapple rings if using and heat through.

Serve immediately with sweet potatoes and green beans.
