Bacon and Egg Cups
Eggs baked inside bacon-lined muffin cups — easy and impressive.
Ingredients
- 12.00 slice thin-cut bacon
- 12.00 l arge eggs
- salt and pepper
- fresh chives

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Grease a 12-cup muffin tin.

Line each cup with a slice of bacon, pressing it around the sides.

Crack one egg into each bacon cup.
