Ingredients

  • 3.00 cup cooked white rice , cold
  • 3.00 l arge eggs
  • 0.50 cup frozen peas and carrots
  • 3.00 g reen onions , sliced
  • 3.00 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2.00 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1.00 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2.00 cup loves garlic , minced
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper

Instructions

    Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat.

    Add garlic and cook 30 seconds.

    Add cold rice and stir-fry, breaking up clumps, for 3-4 minutes.

    Push rice to sides and scramble eggs in center until just set, then mix into rice.

    Add peas and carrots and cook 2 more minutes.

    Drizzle with soy sauce and sesame oil.

    Toss well, top with green onions, and serve hot.
