Ingredients

  • 4.00 l arge vidalia onions , sliced
  • 4.00 tbsp butter
  • 1.00 cup swiss cheese
  • 1.00 cup an cream of mushroom soup
  • 0.25 cup white wine
  • salt and pepper
  • french fried onions for topping

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 375°F.

    Sauté sliced onions in butter over medium-low heat until very soft and caramelized, about 30 minutes.

    Stir in soup and wine.

    Season with salt and pepper.
