Ingredients

  • 4.00 boneless chicken thighs
  • 2.00 cup buttermilk
  • 2.00 cup all-purpose flour
  • salt and pepper
  • vegetable oil for frying
  • hot sauce paste: 4 tbsp cayenne , 2 tbsp brown sugar, 1 tsp paprika, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1/4 cup hot frying oil
  • white bread and pickles

Instructions

    Marinate chicken in buttermilk overnight.

    Remove and dredge in seasoned flour.

    Fry in oil at 350°F for 8-10 minutes until golden and cooked through.

    Make hot sauce paste by mixing cayenne, brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder with hot frying oil.

    Brush hot chicken liberally with spicy paste.

    Serve on white bread with pickles.
