Ingredients

  • 2.00 lb pork shoulder , cubed
  • 0.25 cup flour
  • 3.00 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1.00 onion , diced
  • 4.00 cup loves garlic , minced
  • 3.00 cup arrots , diced
  • 3.00 potatoes , diced
  • 4.00 cup chicken broth
  • salt , pepper, and thyme to taste

Instructions

    Season pork with salt and pepper and dust with flour.

    Brown in batches in hot oil.

    Remove and set aside.
