Ingredients

  • 2.00 lb lamb stew meat
  • 0.25 cup flour
  • 3.00 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1.00 onion , diced
  • 4.00 cup loves garlic , minced
  • 3.00 cup arrots , diced
  • 3.00 potatoes , diced
  • 4.00 cup lamb or beef broth
  • 1.00 cup red wine
  • rosemary , thyme, salt, and pepper

Instructions

    Season lamb with salt and pepper and dust with flour.

    Brown in batches in hot oil.

  3. 3

    Remove and set aside.

    Sauté onion until softened.

    Add garlic, rosemary, and thyme and cook 1 minute.

    Return lamb with broth and wine.

    Bring to boil then simmer covered 1 hour.

    Add carrots and potatoes.

    Cook 45 more minutes until all is very tender.

  10. 10

    Adjust seasoning and serve.
